The Logics of Leadership

Observing the history of human development, we see how mankind went about creating, idealizing and developing leaders and leadership through times.

From each generation, we inherited traits which give meaning to behaviors and determine the absolute expression in the way to act when facing strange situations. These traits of action determine the pedigree of people called leaders.

At each stage of humanity models emerge “to be followed” and we move on searching for the improvement born from a mental illusion that there´s a final goal to be achieved in human development, since we spend a considerable amount of time comparing what is better or worse.

Sometimes it goes by unnoticed that what really exists is life in its continuous movement.

Decades and decades, centuries and centuries, millennia and millennia pass by and the people considered as leaders are always involved in certain models with their own characteristics and are essentially immutable.

There are several similar characteristics which are expressed in these “humans”, the leaders, and these characteristics are perceived in different ways, according to the moment of development we as mankind are living, which leads us to get to know various raiment of the “eternal and same” Leadership.

Leadership today means understanding (awareness).

The real leaders are people who are able to listen to the “Natural Intelligence” of a system and can consciously lead it to development on a logical line of life’s movement.

More than a voice that commands and determines, there’s the need for a voice that expresses propriety and awareness.

The leadership made of concepts and theories starts to give in to that which, in addition to knowledge, realizes the need for expansion and awareness in a systemic and clear way.

Leaders, today, are requested to conform to the Real Leadership model, where the intellect is fine tuned to the real needs of the human systems and not to those coming from individuality, already worn out by so many attempts to “win”.

The stage of development we are currently experiencing encourages new activations of human systems, which will lead to, as usual, a change in the old ways of leadership.

To observe that we are always moving and that this movement is independent from human will, and that there is strident and incontestable logic in this development, is indispensable for us to start moving in a way which is actually intelligent towards real leadership.
